I actually like this trend quite a bit. I also live in my jeans and will wear denim until my death. I was at a thrift store yesterday, and looked a bit for a worthy chambray shirt. I failed, but I also felt really sick. Will probably look again soon.

As far as clogs go, this is pretty good. I'm very picky about my clogs. There's a store in Portland called Clogs n' more and everytime I pass it I can't help but laugh.

Miu Miu, Celine, Chanel Hybrid

I think I may have found a combination of the gorgeous miu miu platforms, celine chunky wooden wedges and chanel clogs, please appear at my doorstep.








To be honest, I'd love to have any of those shoes. (except I'd prefer the celine if I had to choose). Or anything with thick, chunky wooden heels.

I want lucite on my feet, arms, neck and wrists.

I love how classic red matte lipstick looks. I end up putting it on often while avoiding school work. Blotting it with a piece of paper town makes it

perfectly matte.

Maxi

The red carpet photos reminded me of the trend you will NEVER EVER see me try, and very rarely do I applaud attempts.

maxi dresses. I'm not talking about full length beautiful formal dresses, but full length flimsy summery dresses.

Unless you have a model's physique, I don't think they are very flattering. They make many women loose their waist which ends up making them look bigger then they are. Also in general people who are short or even average height, I feel like maxi dresses just add point out that you are not 5'10".

But also unless you are on the red carpet or have loads of money to spend on gorgeous, well made dresses that fit properly, I don't usually like full length that much in general.

while some people might not like this trend, I kind of love it. the fabric would take serious skill to style it for spring, but in fall/winter it looks so right. It is heavy, luxurious and warm: perfect for cold days.

This item doesn't look so warm, but I REALLY want a velvet dress to wear.
